To edit videos or images on CapCut Online, you need to turn on WebGL.
Click link, and if you don’t see a spinning cube, it means that you haven’t turned on WebGL in your browser.
Follow the instructions below to turn on WebGL:

1. Update your Google Chrome to the latest version.

2. Enter and visit “chrome://settings/system” in the address bar. Then turn on “Use hardware acceleration when available”.

3. Restart Chrome to open CapCut Online.

If the problem happens again after you take the steps above, you may not be able to use CapCut Online on your device. Try another device and open CapCut Online in the latest version of Google Chrome.
