You retain full rights to the content you create on CapCut. That means we do not use your content or likeness for commercial purposes without your consent. If you choose to share your content with others on our platform to help reach or inspire others, you grant the platform limited permissions that enable essential community activities like downloading, reposting, sharing or collaborating on your content with other CapCut users. These are limited to permissions that support the basic CapCut functionality and do not impact your ownership or creative rights.
Unlock Commercial Creativity
We provide professionally designed templates and other content to expand your editing toolkit and empower your commercial creativity. You can use templates and materials expressly labeled "Commercial Use" to create social media content and brand promotions, among others, for commercial purposes. Please note that only these labeled templates can be used for commercial purposes. This helps CapCut remain a platform where professional creators thrive with confidence.
