If you're unable to use the additional space storage you previously purchased, it is most likely related to your CapCut Pro or CapCut Teams subscription status. All 100 GB and 1,000 GB storage upgrade packages are linked directly to an active Pro or Teams subscription. They do not function independently.
📍 If your subscription is active but the storage remains unavailable, please contact our support team for assistance.
Storage Validity Is Tied to Your Subscription
The additional storage you purchase shares the same validity period as your CapCut Pro or Teams plan. This means the storage will expire at the same time your main subscription expires. If your Pro or Teams subscription has ended, the extra storage will automatically become unavailable—even if the storage package itself appears to be within its original timeframe.
In this case, the storage is not deleted, but it is temporarily frozen.
What If It Hasn't Expired Yet?
If your storage package seems unexpired but you still can't use it, please check whether your CapCut Pro or Teams subscription is still active. An expired or canceled subscription will prevent access to all additional storage benefits.
You can verify your subscription status in the subscription or billing section of your account settings, depending on the device you're using.
How to Reactivate Your Storage
To regain access to your previously purchased space storage, simply renew your CapCut Pro or CapCut Teams subscription. Once the subscription is successfully reactivated, your additional storage will also be restored automatically.
