Capcut Mobile Login

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're unable to log in to CapCut, try the following common fixes:

• Use the same login method you registered with:

CapCut requires you to log in using the same method used during account creation. If you signed up with TikTok, Google, Facebook, or email, make sure to select the same option.

• Check your network connection:

A weak or unstable network can block login. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, turning airplane mode on/off, or disabling your VPN.

• Update or restart the app:

Using an outdated app may cause login errors. Update CapCut to the latest version or restart the app/device to refresh system data

• Try QR code login (PC/Web):

If password or third-party login fails:
