If your text does not appear in the preview after you've edited it and selected the text track, it may be hidden, transparent, too small, or covered by other layers. You can usually restore it by adjusting a few settings. 📍 If the text still doesn't appear, please contact our support team with your project details so we can help you further.
Try the following steps:
1. Adjust the Text Position
- Select the text track on the timeline.
- Go to Text > Basic attributes.
- Move or adjust the position until the text box appears in the preview.
2. Check the Layer Order
Your text may be hidden behind other elements.
- Tap Text to select the text track.
- Move the text layer above picture-in-picture, stickers, or other content layers.
3. Increase Text Opacity
If the text is fully transparent, it won't be visible.
- Select the text track.
- Tap Text > Basic and scroll down.
- In the Opacity slider, increase the value and check if the text reappears.
4. Increase the Text Size
The text might be too small to see.
- Select the text track.
- Go to Text > Basic.
- In the Font size settings, increase the text size and see if it becomes visible.
5. Check Entry Animations
Some entry animations can delay or hide the text.
- Select the text track.
- Tap Animation.
- Remove or disable entry animations and check if the text is restored.
These steps usually bring the text back into view.
