Step 1: Cancel Auto-Renewal (Recommended)
If you are on an auto-renewal plan, your subscription will usually stop automatically (except for App Store subscriptions). You can also cancel it manually:
On iOS (App Store)

- Open Settings 2
- Tap your Apple ID (your name) 3
- Tap Subscriptions 4
- Select CapCut 5
- Tap Cancel Subscription
On Android (Google Play)
- 1
- Open Google Play 2
- Tap your profile icon 3
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions 4
- Select CapCut 5
- Tap Cancel
⏳ Processing may take 5–14 working days.
Step 2: Submit a Refund Request
We recommend submitting your age appeal first, then requesting a refund.
If You Purchased via Apple (App Store)
You need to request a refund directly from Apple:
- 1
- Open Settings 2
- Tap Apple ID 3
- Tap Media & Purchases 4
- Tap Purchase History 5
- Select your CapCut subscription 6
- Tap Report a Problem 7
- Submit a refund request on Apple's website
For All Other Users (Non-Apple Purchases)
If your subscription was not purchased through Apple:
- You will receive a refund within 7 days after the appeal deadline expires, if your appeal is unsuccessful.
📍 Canceling auto-renewal prevents future charges.
