Storage Validity While Your Subscription Is Active
As long as your CapCut Pro or CapCut Teams subscription remains active, any additional storage you've purchased will stay fully usable. You can continue uploading, saving, and managing files within this expanded space without interruption. This ensures a seamless experience for users who rely on larger cloud capacity for ongoing projects.
What Happens When Your Subscription Expires
If your CapCut Pro or CapCut Teams subscription expires, your additional purchased storage will be frozen. This means you will not be able to use or access that extra space until you renew your subscription. Your files are not immediately deleted, but access to the expanded capacity is temporarily restricted.
Reactivating Frozen Storage
You can restore access to your unused additional storage by renewing your CapCut Pro or CapCut Teams subscription within one year of the expiration date. Once renewed within this time frame, the previously purchased storage becomes available again, allowing you to continue using your expanded space.
Important One-Year Recovery Period
If you do not renew within one year after your subscription expires, the system will reset the additional storage, and any unused storage capacity will be permanently lost. After this point, the storage cannot be recovered, and you will need to purchase new storage packages if you require extra space.
