At CapCut, we care about your safety while using the app. That’s why we provide a number of safety tools and resources that allow you to access the most relevant or appropriate content, as well as report content that doesn't follow our Community Guidelines.
Additionally, we're committed to meeting compliance requirements under the Australian Online Safety Act 2021 ("Online Safety Act") which is administered by the eSafety Commissioner ("eSafety"), Australia’s independent regulator for online safety and is designed to keep Australians safe from online harm.

Our Community Guidelines apply to everyone and everything on CapCut. They provide guidance on what is and what isn't allowed on CapCut to help foster a welcoming, safe, and entertaining experience. We actively enforce these guidelines using a mix of technology and human moderation and aim to do so before people report potentially violative content to us.
We encourage our community members to use the reporting tools we provide on CapCut to report any content or account they believe violates our Community Guidelines, which includes illegal and harmful content.
